A lovely hotel right in the centre of Nice. Super comfortable room with small balcony type window. excellent breakfast and friendly helpful staff. Very reasonably priced too

I was impressed with the level of service and how nice the room is for the price I paid. I had a single room with a double bed facing the park across the street. While the room was small and could possibly feel a bit cramped for some people, the furniture and the bed were just impeccable. The location is great as it is very quiet at night but very close to the historic part of town and the beach. The price in regards to the quality is very good, I visited during early June and their price was slightly below nearby hotels.

The maintenance Madam was really friendly and the receptionist Monsieur and Madam were really welcoming and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay there. Very nice view of the Garden. One of the best location, 50 mts to beach, 50 mts to the street full of vibrant bars and market near old Nice, 500 mts to shopping street, 500 mts to View point elevator and 200 mts to tram. I didn't try the breakfast as it was very expensive compared to other hotels. But they have very good recommendations of Breakfast places close to the Hotel.

Great location. Only a 2 minute stroll to beach. 5 - 15 minute walks to great restaurants and bars. Store downstairs sells snacks, drinks and beer/wine. Rooms on higher levels need a refurb but on levels 1,2 and 3 they are renovated and very very nice. Not large rooms but bigger than expected. All in all a very good choice and great value. Was there 3 nights. Thanks team. PS. Hop On Hop Off bus stops out front. Brewery underneath hotel with good burgers wings, beers and spritzes.

The location of the hotel was great for visiting many of the attractions of Nice, ease of access to the train station and ease of access to the airport.

The cleanliness and size of the rooms did not meet what I consider a 4 star reviewed hotel. The carpet was disgusting, with many stains. The bed was not what we thought we ordered. The room and bathroom were very small even for 2 people.

The best location! The peculiarity of this hotel is that as of July 2023 floors 1-3 of this hotel were remodeled, and everything above were not remodeled and were dirty and stinky (I mean, the worst you’ll ever see)! So, originally they moved us in rooms on floor 6 and I thought I was going to have a heart attack - the place was just awful. When I spoke to the receptionist, she offered to move us to “remodeled” rooms for only 20 Euros a night extra. Those rooms on floor 3 were wonderful!!! So, when you book this hotel make sure you good the remodeled rooms even if they cost a bit extra, otherwise your vacation will be ruined. I also wanted to mention the friendliness and helpfulness of ALL front desk staff

GARBAGE! Literally the worst hotel I’ve ever encountered. Don’t waste your money & time and find another place! The air conditioner was out in our room upon arrival and the entire floor smelled like mold. TV was broken. They tried to fix the AC and ended up taking out our room’s electricty along with the entire floor’s. The employees are extremely rude and never apologized for the inconveniences. They offered no compensation or alternative arrangements. After waiting for several hours for the electricity to return, we ended up leaving and finding another hotel. While it’s in a decent location, this is a 1-star establishment.
